Dress obsession with PinkBlush

Dresses are my thang. Currently in my closet, I own 63 dresses. Most of them are maxi dresses, and a good chunk of them are either floral or tie-dye. Usually, I have a real hard time finding any that fit this criteria in my size, until I came across PinkBlush on Instagram.

If you don’t already know, PinkBlush is a trendy online boutique that carries straight and plus size that cater to women in all stages of life, especially maternity. And today, as part of a collaboration with them, I’m sharing three dresses from their plus size line!

Mauve is my jam

First dress is a mauve, draped 3/4-sleeve maxi dress, and it’s my absolute favorite because of its color! It’s that dusty pink that just looks good in all aspects of fashion. Whether it’s lipstick, eye shadow, or clothing, this color is gorgeous and looks great on everyone.

For reference, I’m wearing 3X for each dress and I’m 5’9″. This mauve and the tropical maxi dresses are true to size and are stretchy polyester! The material is also not too thin, so it’s very forgiving with bumps and actually accentuates your curves. And despite the fabric being slightly thicker, it’s still VERY breathable – even in Guam’s extra humid weather!

This mauve dress is so flattering and elegant, but it can still be worn casually. Also, this dress actually hits past my ankles, which has always been a struggle for me when it comes to maxi dresses.

Tropical vibes

Being from Guam, I just had to get this ivory tropical plus maxi dress! I love anything that has palm leaves and tropical flower patterns. This dress is so vibrant and gives me so much life! I even received so many compliments on it! And personally, I love wearing off-white and ivory as opposed to true white.

The feel and fit of this dress is exactly like the mauve dress. It’s true to size and breathable. This dress is just perfect for taking a stroll during sunset, or having brunch with a view with the girls.

What I also want to mention is that the sleeves are just perfect! For my size, I have really big arms. Oftentimes, I try to avoid buying clothes with sleeves or sleeves that don’t stretch. With my arms big, sleeves that don’t fit right just make it all the more difficult for me to move around and feel comfortable. However, with these maxi dresses, I have no problem wearing them all day.

Tie-dye love

Two styles I’ve grown to really love are tie-dye and off-shoulder clothing. And with this PinkBlush pink tie-dye off-shoulder sash-tie dress, I get the best of both worlds. Score!

My favorite color palette right now involves a lot of pinks mixed with blues, especially navy. So when I saw this dress, I had to have it!

The fabric is stretchy rayon, and it hits right at the knees. It’s also very breathable and great for drinks by the pool or even as a cover-up for swimwear.

PinkBlush makes it so easy

Overall, I’m just IN LOVE with these PinkBlush dresses! Being on Guam, ordering online has always been such a daunting experience. I hate not knowing how something will fit before forking over my money. However, with PinkBlush, I didn’t have to worry about that at all. Everything came in on time and it was packed nicely.

The dresses far exceeded my expectations in terms of sizing, and pricing is worth the quality you’re getting. Also, if you’re like me and you love floral patterns, then definitely check them out because I’m just going ga-ga over all their styles!
